Not one of my favorite pieces since im limited to macintosh only ps brushes, but its pretty cool. Camp;C please
made a different border so its not totally black.
I like it, It's just something about it makes it feel plain..sorry

im actually not sure what it says in the bg it was a brush set. i added it sort of for effect to make it seem not so plain.

Looks nice but a bit plain. You can change the border,using the Stroke effect way, and Blending the image would be good as well.

i made a layer mask but i refined the render so it has two layers which sort of blocks out the maskness (?)

That's a pretty good job, overall. Nice color scheme too.

The layer mask is only good enough in some occassions. You can use the Eraser tool, lower the opacity and try erasing around the render. That'll blend it with the BG quite nicely.
