Yup, really is an amazing series like Paranoia Agent and others.

Ya I wonder how long its gonna take the fansubs to release episodes... hopefully not to long ; ;. I thought that first episode was great though, I really wanted to show those bullies who is boss myself XD

The plot sounds intriguing to me, almost like one of the those Japanese horror films. I'm currently starting the series myself to see how it's like. If it has anything to do with internet and horror, that's just my type of anime. ^^

May as well give this a huge bump. So far up to 9 episodes are subbed and I must say that it's been quite entertaining thus far. Doesn't seem that many people have picked it up yet and it's a shame for such a great series to be ignored.

I'd recommend at least checking out the first three episodes to get a feel for the series' atmosphere.

They played the first episode at my anime club awhile back, and I've been watching it since and was quite happy when Shinsen picked it up to sub

I really enjoy the series, especially the music, and can't wait for the actual quot;plotquot; to pick up like I'm sure it's going to (though I do enjoy the one-shotness to a certain degree)

the quot;monstor of the week thing is gettin a little redundantquot; but the reporter part seems to be tying into some kinda plot, i just hope they pick it up quicker...

This series has officially end, and i must say i really feel for Jigoku shoujo....

I just finished the last episode a few minutes ago. xD

I must say I really enjoyed the last few episodes (24-26). Those were truly awesome and badass in every way possible.Episode 24-26:
Oh man I totally FREAKED OUT when Ai went into absolute-pissed mode and tried to take out Hajime and Tsugumi. Jigoku Rock playing to that entire scene just made it feel even more epic and awesome to behold.

From there on Ai was really determined to get back at them for just possessing the blood of the family she once hated. Even going as far as giving Tsugumi a doll to off her father to hell. I'm glad that it worked out for the better on both sides though. I really didn't want Ai to go to hell. =)

DAMN, I loved this series. ^__^

I honestly can't wait until the second season is announced.

Well I loved the ending to be honest. I was just glad that

she didn't get sent to hell for hatred/revenge that was revived. Granted I do want to see her rest from her duty as Jigoku Shoujo, but I think that would mean she'd be sent to hell.

Eh, i have to differ from your opinion here. Since Ai has been perennially carrying all the sins of people so 400 years (right timeline?), she must have build up quite an impressive amount of good karma, perhaps at the end of the 2nd series, it would portray Ai in a really self sacrificial way which then permits her to leave her endless cycle of agony.

Well...my friend is more of a scaredy-cat than me, and she kept on saying that it's not scary at all and that I should watch it cause it's damn good...so...gt;.gt;

^So you have to watch it then. Yukarin plays such a cute character that should be doted by all.
